Foji Courier provides reliable transport, courier, and parcel services specially designed for the personnel of Indian Defence Forces and Paramilitary Forces, including but not limited to the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force (IAF), Indian Coast Guard, Indian Paramilitary Forces, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Security Guard (NSG), Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Indian Special Forces, MARCOS (Marine Commandos), Para SF (Paratrooper Special Forces), Garud Commando Force, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Territorial Army, Strategic Forces Command (SFC), Defence Security Corps (DSC), Border Roads Organisation (GREF), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), CTC, RTC, and other allied defence personnel.
These terms apply to all individuals and organizations using our services, collectively referred to as the “Client” or “Customer.”
1. Services Offered
Foji Courier offers secure and efficient transport, courier, and parcel delivery services including:
Black Metal Boxes / Civil Boxes containing personal effects or belongings
Household items, electronics, and other personal parcels
Specialized delivery services for Defence and Paramilitary personnel across India
2. Weight Limit for Parcels
For Pan India (except Northeast): Maximum weight per box is 40 kg
For Northeast India: Maximum weight per box is 35 kg
If the weight exceeds these limits, additional charges will apply as per prevailing rates at the time of booking.
3. Delivery Areas
Foji Courier provides delivery services across all regions of India.
Delivery time and charges may vary depending on distance, location, and parcel weight.
Special care is taken to ensure timely delivery to remote and border areas where Defence personnel are stationed.
4. Booking and Payment
Customers must provide accurate parcel details, contents, and destination at the time of booking.
Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Charges depend on parcel weight, destination, and any additional service requested.
Additional fees will apply for parcels exceeding weight limits or requiring special handling.
5. Handling and Safety
Customers must ensure all parcels are securely packed before dispatch.
Foji Courier is not responsible for damages caused due to poor packaging.
Reasonable measures are taken to ensure parcel safety, but customers are advised to use protective packing for fragile items.
Foji Courier reserves the right to refuse parcels that are hazardous, illegal, or unsafe to handle.
6. Extra Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
Overweight parcels (beyond 40 kg or 35 kg limits)
Expedited delivery requests
Remote area deliveries
Special handling or fragile shipments
7. Liability and Insurance
Foji Courier will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage once a parcel is successfully delivered, unless it results from proven negligence.
Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items at the time of booking.
Insurance coverage terms will be provided upon request.
8. Prohibited Items
Foji Courier strictly prohibits the transport of:
Illegal substances or contraband items
Hazardous materials or explosives
Items restricted by government or defence authorities
Any parcel found violating these terms will be rejected without refund.
9. Amendments to Terms
Foji Courier reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Revised terms will be posted on our website, effective from the date of publication.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings within India.
